The staff of Sam Hatfield Realty is excited as we celebrate our 5th year anniversary.   During the past five years, we have grown to five affiliate brokers and two office assistants – with one office assistant also attaining the affiliate broker status.

During 2008, the building of our new office within 200 yards of Tims Ford Marina and within 100 yards of Tims Ford Park positioned us as a true Tims Ford Lake Specialist. The addition of key affiliate brokers has broadened our horizons to include commercial property, mountain bluff property, and increased coverage of the local residential market.

During the past eight years, Sam Hatfield, Owner/Broker has specialized in serving the needs of Tims Ford Lake through property sales, lake property management, and vacation rentals. Sam has enjoyed meeting most lake property owners through various arms of the business. Sam’s position in boat sales with the former Tri-Lakes Marine and current Tracker Boating Center established the network of lake property enthusiasts that our company currently enjoys. Sam has experienced a successful career in various sales positions and continues to excel in the real estate market. Sam is “All over it – Tims Ford Lake”!!!

Jim Brown, SIOR, currently serves our office with impressive success in the commercial market. Jim takes pride in being the only commercial realtor to hold this designation east of the Mississippi.

Burt Wells is our local expert on beautiful bluff property on Carter Mountain, boasting many properties in the newly developed Wildlife Estates in Franklin County.

Mike Maxon, Derrick Mann, and Jenna Thomas complete our diverse group of affiliate brokers serving the local residential market. They each bring valuable experience to the table of Sam Hatfield Realty.
