Monthly Service Package: Weekly visits to the property, coordination of routine maintenance of property, boat(s), and boat dock, and       concierge service for area dining/events. 

Home opening/closing services: Include cleaning, linen changing, thermostat setting, hauling trash. 

“Man Friday” services: Lawn care, window cleaning, grocery shopping, liquor stocking, small party coordinator, boat personal water craft delivery for service/maintenance, gas fill-ups for boats/personal watercraft, set-up/tear down of inflatable water toys.
